Rabbit owners in Germany are being warned to take extra precautions in guarding their rabbits, since a computer literate weirdo has been using Google Earth to spot rabbit hutches. He then kills the rabbits.

As animal cruelty is a well known step on the path to human murder, I hope that the German police are giving this the attention it deserves.
Plus, of course, rabbits are nice and fluffy, and in addition they are lucky.
    (though not these ones apparently)

    Comments?
Are Car thieves, fraud investigators, Evangelical Christians, tramps etc. using Google Earth for unintended/unexpected purposes?

Do you know of any other unusual uses of Google Earth?

btw, I'm quite pleased with this thread title.

And it's my 2000th post. Hurrah!
