Problem keyboard shortcut

Hi,

All of a sudden my keyboard has created a shortcut that drives me crazy. When I type quickly and hit t and some other key, the cursor moves a few lines up or down. I don't know what that other key is, because I hit it accidentally.

Can anyone help? Is there a place where I can see keyboad shortcuts and delete this one? I have this problem in whatever program I type (i.e., it's not a Word problem, for example).
