This looks like a Unicycle more than a Gyrocycle.

Wow. That's pretty cool. But yeah, more of a unicycle.
it isnt a unicycle because it has two wheels. i guess it can be considered a gyroscope.

On the picture it is clearly the 2 wheeled version, and the mechanics of it is based on the gyroscope...

It only goes 14 MPH but thats a hell of a fall. Not exactly a low rider.
It only goes 15mph.
I think a small wheel at the back would be better. Perhaps smaller and only used for support before you get going and then it would use the two main wheels.

Impractical design though.
The segway is a much more practical design.
