You guys have to try this out! I just downloaded the PicLens add-on for FF3 and it is hard to explain what it is, but it changes the whole webcruising experience!

For example if I type a word into google, the result is shown in a 3D moving wall of pictures and if you click on the image it zooms out with a short explanation of the article/story. If you are more interested the next click takes you to the actual website, but most of the time the picture with the excplanation is enough.

If you know other cool add-ons, you could list it in this thread. I also downloaded the Add-stop extension, it can completely stop ads and show only the text...

It is interactivity at its best!

It's cool, but takes up a lot of resources.

What do you mean it takes up resources? ROM? Since I am just cruising the web, should I care? I assume once the browser is closed, it gets forgotten anyway...

YouPlayer, allows you to queue youtube videos (and metacafe, google video etc)
customizegoogle, all-in-one sidebar (good one), fireftp, gmail space

I use these ones a lot.

PicLens searches Youtube too, so I don't need another add-on for that...

PicLens works on your folders too..

PicLens can also read local or shared directories by simply dragging the folder into an empty new tab on firefox, then clicking the piclens icon.

You are welcome. I found most FF add-ons good for nothing or it already exists in Opera. But this program is actually changes the webcruising experience, and make cool just looking up things...
