What is with these Canadians? Cannot they control their feet. Every day or so another foot seems to wash up on their shores. http://www.cnn.com/2008/CRIME/06/18/canada.feet/index.html
I can't believe teh crap they are coming up with. "well, there was a plane crash a few mths ago...." And what, all of their feet flew into the propeller and got cut off, while the rest of their bodies vanished. Idiots!
wow...my hypothesis is it is from illegal immigrants who got into some accident and their feet were cut off...or maybe they were tortured like that and sank in cement.
it indicates that whatever happened to them, happened to them quick without their recognition of the event or without them being able to do anything about it which makes it even more horrifying
wha??? If you are tied down and someone cuts your feet off with a chainsaw, it may be quick, but you're gonna know what's going on. Are you saying the feet were cut off after they were dead?
August 1999, Vancouver Harbour: Pleasure craft Sunboy collided with tug Jose Narvaez. Sunboy capsized, 14 people on board the pleasure craft. Nine were rescued and survived, four drowned, one remains missing and is presumed drowned. Causes: pleasure craft operator lacking knowledge of navigation cues. Tug/barge was missing side light. http://www.cbc.ca/canada/british-columbia/story/2006/03/22/bc-coastalaccidenttimeline.html I bet this is were it came from.
Moreover I think the reason only feet in shoes were found is because when bodies decomposed the feet in shoes floated up and that is the reason we found it.
http://afp.google.com/article/ALeqM5iI4MPgOodb_9sJtyN7mrCW8Rv97A the size 10 and mark of shoes "Adidas" is prevalent in South American countries, I am now 90% sure it were immigrants from South America or people from South America since they got small feet.
I don't think it can be that one as 6 feet have been found so far and I believe they are all from diff people. Also, I think they have done DNA tests on the most likely people to be found in that area. Also, 1999 would mean they have be in the sea for 8/9 years I think they would have dispersed over a greater area than they have.
those 8 years would have allowed the bodies to be disassembled...and thus separating the torse, head, two feet, and two arms...however unlike all other body parts the feet had flotation devices which were the shoes. I think the bodies were underneath for all the 7-8 years and when the decomposition finally took over the feet floated up.
Good point However, if you have all of these body's surely one of them would have washed ashore whole? Also, consider there is a good chance that there are even more out there.
Umm...I would bet we would not find 5 more for example...maybe couple more...and maybe of the same person. But yeah...unlike the rest of the sea, the waters are cold up by British Columbia.
check it out: http://www.springerlink.com/content/qvdrjktgxvyd707u/ they tested decomposition of pigs in British Columbia in salt water... in 2004 don't tell me the government is behind this...
