    How do I make my desktop pc, running XP, make noises all the time like EVERY computer in EVERY film and tv show does?
    You know the noises I mean, those little beeps, pings and whooshes whenever anything is moving on screen.

    Can this be done to a normal pc or is it all just Hollywood bollocks?

    It's Hollywood BS. You can make Windows do it for some things, but trust me it's nowhere near as entertaining as it is in the movies.

    Thats true. Some hollywood movies display some wild gui's. is there a site that deals with this?
