and I've just fucked up my biorythm This sorta thing happens very often. I sleep at 1am get up at 8, and midway through the week, I have a giant afternoon nap at 5 till 9. Thus screwing up my biorythm. Oh well, I'm a night owl, so I should be fine. Anyone else go through something similar ?
By messed up your biorythim, do you mean "indefinitely altered your regular sleep schedule", or do you mean "single isolated occurrences"? If it's just isolated moments, then you haven't broken any rhythm.
i wish it were indefinitely altered my sleep schedule. but no, It's going to just be singular isolated occurences that last a week or two.
