No, I accept that its unreasonable for everyone to understand what moderation entails when every mod has his own ideas (which often conflict with each other and the admin) of what they want moderation to be.

I prefer to be open and above board and address all concerns, but it becomes tedious when you are addressing the same concerns ad nauseum.
