It's mind over matter and people are actually doing it. I think it requires a compassionate connection and acceptance of the physical reality and its origin to be able to do it effortlessly. Those who force it by violently concentrating on moving objects will never succeed more than a whisper, where a whole symphony could be composed...oooh, how poetic. :D
