I just woke up about an hour ago, but I have to get my stuff together so I can go back to school. Yesterday was my lazy day. I layed around and watched college football all day. It was great.
i spent the entire day in bed, got up onl to shower and cook ramen I'm feeling kind of down Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
I dont know...everytime I feel down I go and cycle it out...get on a bike and cycle in opposite direction of upcoming cars. It takes my adrenaline levels up high! And than I tight turns on highways changing lanes. I absolutely love it! And cops can never get me...muhaaaa....of course when they do get me I play an innocent angel scenario, were I give them my passport and with an accent say "yes officer" than while they are watching I bike as normal people do and soon they are ought of sight I geeeeeeeeeet down to speed!
Ramen isn't known for getting anything down. It tastes good and is very satisfying. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
satisfying for the belly but not for the consciousness. Ramen just doesnt have enough vitamins and nutrients the body needs...has fat...and also has carbohydrates.
Ramen doesn't cause depression, when I'm down and lathargic, Ramen is usually the only stuff besides cereal that I have enough energy to make.
orange juice is not high with magnesium...if it has any at all :bugeye:. Celery and green organics need to be eaten...they got lots of magnesium good against depression.
Still, avoid eating too much when you're depressed, the best way to counter-act depression is exercise. Get the endorphins running.
