I made a little trip home from college over the weekend to grab a few things, and one of the things I didn't think I'd leave with was a tin of sardines. They were in the cabinet, and my grandfather tossed them into my bag. I love trying new foods. At some point I'm gonna have to open that tin and eat one. It's inevitable. Does anyone here like sardines? What do they taste like? Texture? Tips on how to eat them?
Are they packed in water or oil? I enjoy the oil more but they aren't bad either way. I usually eat them with Ritz crackers or saltine crackers. They are very fishy tasting so be prepaired . Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
their like.... ... ... its fish, allright. tastes like salty fish, crunchy a bit. emmm dont quote me on this but if you are a male and you are straight...well they taste like the private part juices of a female, down there in vagina
keep it on a low...low text...I don't want James R tagging me... Well Sardines are just crunchy you know, just crunchy, real nice thou.
Don't even bother to think that it tastes anything like that, you will be very disappointed when you eat them. They are very soft and eat them whole if you want.
I wouldn't know...but how would you know?! Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! ......................................................................... hannibal
Yep. Salty / oily non-pickled herring. Fragile like whitefish with a bit more grit. Take a bite and chew.
