No gym for home?

    No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

    UMM HOW i word this...

    ok

    u take 20 lbs no lifting for 30lb if guy, so divide 2 u dont sit, u get 10 but for guy it no 30, so 20 would be for guy if u werent a girl ?

    Solidus, the more lifting you do the better. 20lbs...30lbs...more the better and more frequently and everyday.

    due to the thread starter being a drunk i cannot post a decent reply.

    Dragon, you shouldent lift weights every single day on the same bodypart, each muscle group needs time to recover and repair itself after protein intake. you will not gain maximum build and strength if you dont take enough recovery time.

    thats why bodybuilders do something called a split routine, where you dedicate certain muscle groups to certain days in the week. maxing out your muscles proves no good in the long run. stretch and do cardio every day though.
