So I borrow this from the library

I read the foreword, and immediately I am bored to death

And it already is confusing. How many people here have read this book? Any insight on wtf he is trying to say about the opening, when in the fertilization facility?

Awesome book. I haven't read it for awhile, so I don't remember the beginning.

It's generally to be found at the start, shortly before you get to the middle.

(ok. It's the bit where the students are touring the factory, and the different Brave New World classes - Alpha to Epsilon - are identified, as the students all take notes. They fire X-rays into the delta and epsilon tubes to produce multiple embryos from the one ovum, resulting in legions of supremely dumb, docile servants for the regime.)
