Mind Palaces

Has anyone heard of the idea of Mind Palaces?: Fictional places created in your mind to help store memories visualy.

If so has anyone used this concept?

I tried and found it useful, but at the same time difficult to keep up.

Yeah, I believe there's been books written on it. Ever tried to do something like that?

Nope. Ever looked at Giordano Bruno's memorization systems? Might be worth a look.

I've never tried them.
