Some things don't really add up...the dog ran outside still attached? I assume they mean still inserted. What does a 2 year old child weigh? The first source I found indicated an average of 30.5 pounds for a boy. What they describe as having happened doesn't seem possible. Something is wrong with the story. They messed up the age, they are exaggerating greatly.
