Are frogs legs and snails any more 'difficult' than tripe or black pudding? Never had tripe, but black pudding is delicious - even though, to this day, I've no idea what's in it besides, you know, general blood and guts. I could look it up, of course - but I think I'd rather not know. Anyway they don't call them snails. No-one in their right mind is going to eat snails. All that guts and slime? Ugh. How disgusting. But Escargots? Yeah, I'll give that a pop. I'm not that up on me French but they probably call frogs legs... I dunno... jambes de chose sautante or something. So, yes, I'll have a bash at them as well, they sound delicious. Now hop over the counter, garlic breath, and bring me another bottle of plonk.
I have tried escargot and octopus, i will try any thing once, i think many of these (exotics) only taste of what ever they are cooked in, but even though i had a mind to enjoy them i could not swallow some.

why not eat them. when our hunter gatherer ancestors were hungry do you think they cared what animal or part of the animal it came from? no they were thinking, this is my dinner.
its ok.tastes like pork.after the second piece it started tasting really fishy though. dont think i'd eat it again.
i havent been to korea yet,am probably going in august.hear its actually quite hard to find dog restaurants and im quite lazy. seems strange to eat a thing that has helped us so much throughout history.
