Would you wage war for the sake of what you call "justice"?
    What about "honor"?

What is more important? Peace or being "right"?

I wonder ...can it really be called "peace" if you're forced to give up your values and your honor because you're threatened or attacked?

Would you kill someone because you disagree with that person?

Depends on the subject of disagreement, don't it? If he wanted to fuck my 10-yr old daughter and I disgreed, we just might come to blows about it.

But what you're suggesting is, in order to have "peace", I should let him fuck my 10-yr old daughter and give up my honor and my values.

In that case it is not about honor and values. You would be protecting your daughter. Let's talk about a case where it will be ONLY for your values and honor.

Protecting my daughter from such an attack ...IS... about my honor and values!! If it ain't, what the fuck do you think "honor and values" is/are?

It's also about protecting her. You need to give me an example that doesn't not involve any form of protection. ONLY values and honor.

    Gosh, you are dumb!

You told me an example that involves protection. I'm not talking about protection here, I'm talking about values and honor. The example you gave me is useless!!

    Yes, I am.

But I'm still waiting for a few examples from you so I can show you further how dumb I really am.

Care to come up with some examples to explain your own post? Or are you waiting for me, the dumb one, to do it for you?

I don't care about it. You come up with an example if you like.

well, it was a difficult choice, but peace is the most important. If you are able to do everything to be in peace, you don't have to worry about being right or not.

And if keeping the peace means disregarding your own sense of honour and denying your own values? No way.

I wouldn't say that being right is important, but I see no reason to conform under somebody else's rules; I don't even do that now. Being right is too tiresome. If you're talking about waging war because you don't agree with someone, that's called bigotry, not honor. ...but if you're talking about anything else... Wouldn't Europe still be using feudal governments and social systems if nobody fought for what they beleived in?

    Oniw17,

Look at your statement, it is illogical, all wars are about disagreeing with another, that is what Honor is, disagreeing with something that is wrong, and then having the courage of your convictions to stand up for the right of those convictions. If someone didn't agree that the Feudal System was wrong,it never would have been done away with, and you need to do some serious study on the political and economic systems, Europe's political system is socialist, and they fought wars to make it so.

I meant something petty like religion, or laws that don't affect you( ie another country's laws).
    Huh?
I said that, but did I get something wrong? That's not the same way they came out of feudalism? Anyway, next time I'll use an example that I know for sure, like the French ascension from feudalism. I know that the Frech revolution came from people fighting for what they wanted.
