Shouldn't he be charged with contempt?

They would have to prove he really did remember, which is difficult.

Wasn't a journalist charged with contempt for not remembering something?

Why should his memory be any better than Hillary's or Bill's, they seemed to have a way with the words, I don't recall.

LOL... always goes back to Bill....

F*ck Bill. What did he ever do? Screw him.

Back to the point: The crooks that have been running the Republican Party along with Amercia into the ground are finally getting caught-out. I always knew they were crooks and so I'm loving it.

Parties over BF - ViVa La Amercia,

Are you actually justifying an AG who does not remember making key decisions in his post?

Huh? Sam, I simply asked a question .....I don't beleive that I "justified" anything with that question.

Why didn't you answer my question?

Was he required to remember everything in his life or just some key decisions?

One can forget most anything. Have you never forgotten anything? Even important things?

This is the same man who just recently said before this that he has no problem with this inquiry because he has nothing to hide.

But it is still a fact he had the legal and lawful right to fire those Attorneys, They were appointed by the president and they can be fired by the president, or his chosen representative, they are political appointees, not elected, so tell me what is the real difference between what Clinton did, and what President Bush did, through his Attorneys General, in firing these people?

he had no right to fire them for reasons that the law finds as "discriminatory", for one.

go back to the drawing board, and let the grownups talk.

not if the reason for the firings is found to be illegal or to violate the civil rights of any of the attorneys, which is the purpose of the investigation.

seriously...do you even know what the problem is, or are you just following a party line?

What don't you understand about political appointment? they don't need a reason to fire them, none-nadda-a whim, they serve at the pleasure of the president. The same as when Clinton fired all of the attorneys at once no job performance evaluation, no review, nothing but the fact that Clinton wanted them gone, a whim on Clintons part, no thought to case prosecution in progress, no thought to their families needs, no warning, just the Presidents whim.
