Unites States of America  In regards to number 8 I think that's not very telling. After-all wouldn't they jail most of their citizens if they followed our laws? They are mostly doing illegal activities in other countries (by US standards).
The US has big drug problem, strong enforcement of drug laws, and unlike Islamic countries, we don't execute traffickers.
We must never do this, abuse of these medications would cause havoc and make everything we've worked to produce meaningless. Infact I say ciggerattes should be illegal as well as alcohol.
And what do you base this brilliant assertion on? I smoke weed, I am productive. Making alcohol illegal wreaked havoc on this country. Has it fallen apart since they revoked prohibition? Most of what "we have achieved" has been done since prohibition was revoked.
i live in a country where most non-addictive "drugs" are decriminalized....life is pretty much exactly the same here, except that i can smoke a joint in my apartment without worrying about my neighbor calling the cops because he/she doesnt like the smell.
Medications are one thing.... :m: is another thing. You do realize that most crimes involving drugs have to do with money, yes? And the fact that they are illegal? The blackmarket overprices drugs and who are you going to call when a drug deal goes bad? The police? No. Hence, you got to take the situation into your own hands (murder, theft, assault, etc).
iraq, sudan, libya, to name a few. i can't think of any coutry that has used nuclear weapons against civilians. iraq, germany, japan, russia has used the first 2. italy, britain, germany, japan, canada, france, russia. italy, britain, russa, germany. india, libya, egypt, iraq, afghanistan, india, russia, britain, egypt, libya. afghanistan, india don't know the stats on this one russia, libya, afghanistan, pakistan russia
Just to note, France used nuclear weapons against Islanders in the Pacific. While they were nice enough to evict the Islanders before obliterating their homes - they did nuke their Islands.
Given your disdain for America. Gosh, who could it be? What a dare!!! Or is it a truth? I cannot decide given the obvious bias of the post.
