Why is it that brownies and cookies go so well with milk? My woman sent me some brownies today (she lives in Texas and I in Ohio) and I had one with milk... I thought I was going to cream my pants.
Taste : sweet, sour, bitter, salt via the tastebuds on the tongue - the rest are aromatic smells, that are perceived by nasal receptors ......... some aromas are lipophile , some are hydrophile .......and milk contains both water and fat ..... In the end everything is interpreted by your brain as a taste .... your brain also know these brownies are special brownies from your woman far away ......so this mix is extra tasty ......... Conclusion : You miss your woman !!
I'm pretty sure that they came from a mix... Such is the delimma of an academic lifePlease Register or Log in to view the hidden image! She is in med school and I in grad school. Sigh.
