iTunes - 128 vs 256?

    Please help me friends! I want to know your opinions on the following clips:

    Do they sound different at all or can you not notice? That's my main interest here, is there really a better sound to the AAC that's encoded at 256 kbps vs the 128 kbps? Please listen to the clips, take your time, once you've read the article and decided choose the best from the poll. I'm interested to see the responses.

    I notice a slight difference in sound quality between the two... I always have been able to. But I usually download VBR MP3s.
