    I voted shooters party... haaa! just kidding. i would be so much more happy if there were a party that was serious about opening up and developing land for first time home owners.

    Probably 95% of people who haven't bought their first home would be right behind your on that. It's getting to a stage where baby boomers are dominating the housing marking by buying up "investment" properties, and effectively shutting young people out of the market.
