Take a look at this: President Ronald Reagan called Russia the "Evil empire", it was cool & showing leadership/pride for the entire open west. President Gerorge W. Bush says "axis of evil" he is considered a moron, especially in the west.
They were both morons. At least Reagan had the diplomatic skills to establish good relations with Gorbachev.
Ronnie certainly had social skills, nor argument here, if Bush would have set down with (N.K.) Kim maybe he would have had more friends.

George W. Bush is not the speaker that Ronald Reagan was. Ronald Reagan, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln are certainly the three greatest presidential orators.
