Un-Ban Voting

    I openly suggest to you that a system put into place allowing those banned to dispute with members on the fourm be put into action. What we see here is although people are being banned the reasons for those bans are lacking in quality. Perhaps by allowing a possible 1-time poll for letting someone return is in order. If someone were to be banned from SciForums.com they could request a poll be started, then upon votes being entered for a certain length of time the final choice would be made. I'm not so concerned with those already banned, but in the near future could it possibly be implemented.

    Another idea might be a ban council of some sort. People elected to properly determine a persons ban and whether it's derserved, etc based on site rules.

    Those usually housed in jails declare their innocence for a number of crimes, even when found guilty by a jury of twelve. Does it mean they should be released?
