I bought a £140 sony ericcson camera phone with them and the earphones fell appart and the stand by button failed aswell as the shutter button being faulty. I emailed and made ten phone calls to the mothers 10 times (god knows how much im going to get charged for that) and the keep me on hold for about 10 minutes and drop me. I am totally annoyed!

Ringing them up isn’t going to help, death threats are more effective face to face. Pack your phone up, put all the manuals and stuff back in the box, take it to a store and find out what they can do for you. Don’t tell them you wasted £x making calls to them. When the tell you what they can offer, tell them to go to hell, threaten to switch to another network, demand a discount, grab those bastards by the balls and squeeze, if they don't offer anything just say fuck it and walk out (get your money back first). If I were you I would leave Virgin, I'm with O2, I would say they have the best offers. You get free texts and they give you top-up back, their reception is good too. Yeh, and change your avatar. You only say that because you're angry at wasting your time and money trying to ring them. Your main problem is with your Sony Ericsson phone not with Virgin. Almost everyone knows you get nowhere ringing companies up for help. I actually have a Sony Ericsson phone, they are top notch phones, the earphones are quality and the camera is mint. How did you eff the earphones? That would make a great slogan for virgin! I got a better one tho: Virgin mobile sucks elephant dick :m:
For a mobile phone network sucking dick is out of the question. Robbing customers, lying, giving cancer are fine, but sucking dick, nope.
Which Sony Ericsson model you have? Generally, every new SE model has problems in a first couple weeks-months with network, autonomy and mostly with software. You should wait and buy a later software version of the same model, because later versions are much, much better. That is a well-known fact about SE phones. Never buy the latest model at once. I'm no conspiracy freak, its just that my head hurts after I've been on the phone for too long. I also know keeping a mobile phone in one’s trouser pockets will reduce sperm count.
Actually, Virgin Mobile is one of the few carriers around here that won't try to cheat you (as much..)
