Maybe if they were proven and they were on a new car I was buying. To replace the wheels I've got just now - no. They look like they could screw up rather severely when they did. A tire goes flat or at worst blows out.. This looks like it would tear apart, throwing bits of metal all over the place, and you'd be bouncing along on your axle.
