At what point will you choose to leave a job you've had and why?

when i start hating what i'm doing as a job but at the same time, when i find another job that i could fall back on that seems to be better for me. Because you shouldn't do a job that's not you (unless you have no choice) and because getting out of job with a backup planned job doesn't leave you in unemployment and possibly homeless
