Anyone got a picture of a lung cut in half with a tumourous growth, it would be interesting to tint it green to show you what that smoke does to you. In seriousness, open up your Photoshop program and look for Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation there you can mess to your hearts content on changing the colouration.
420, If you mean by tone the statement what smoking does, it's just one of those things that a non-smoker would see. Although I use to smoke and am glad I don't now, it wasn't a personal attack on you or your habit, be it what ever type of tobacco or schizophrenia enducing substance. Don't feel I'm digging at you, I just have an aquired sense of humour.

Joey, if Stryder was going to rag on you, I doubt he'd berate you for smoking. Most people would go for the easy laugh and mention the totally gay ear ring.
I just got a copy of photoshop for the first time ever. I am no good. Here's my first ever photoshop: Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! I'll try working on your picture later.
