This technology can be used to convert cars to run on waters.
Many do not know the implications of this. It simply means no more gas stations. You fill up your car with your garden hose.
I can see it now. Set up a shop to convert cars to run on water. Put up a sign saying stop giving them crackers your money. Come here, and get your car converted to water power. Evenyually, all oil conglomerates lose money.
Gestapo comes, and claims that this technology is dangerous, and makes it illegal. They shut the shop down making it illegal for anybody to convert cars into water cars. Eventually, they make it illegal to own water powered cars. Reason? It hurts the oil business too much.

Where does the electricity come from to convert the water?

If it were to expand, the demands on electricity would skyrocket. Build more power stations? Coal Fired? Nuclear?

So is it a hoax or for real?
They have clients lockheed, government, and others.

Hoax. For example, to quote from their 'Science' page:
In the production of Aquygen™ Gas, there is no evaporation process at all, the electric energy used being insufficient for evaporation. This feature alone establishes that the H2O Model 1500 Aquygen™ Gas Generator produces a new form of water that is gaseous and combustible.Either they're producing hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis, but are too stupid to know that, or they're just outright lying.
Aquygen™ Gas does not follow the fundamental PVT law for gases.I'm sorry, what? :bugeye:
And from their article about using 'Aquygen' as a fuel additive in petrol/diesel:
Exhaust contains minimal emissions and no CO2.Again, an outright lie. As the vehicle is a hybrid (their claim), it will still be combusting petrol, so CO2 must be produced.

Does he even claim that you can convert your car so that all you have to do is put water in it to run it? Or is he claiming something else?

From their website:
Aquygen™ Gas instantaneously melts tungsten, bricks, and other highly refractive substances. In particular, measurements have established the remarkable capability of combusted Aquygen™ Gas to instantaneously reach temperatures over 10,000° F, under which virtually all substances on Earth can be sublimated.
This may tend to play havoc with your car engine.

This was discussed on sciforums a few months ago. ITs a load of rubbish. Basically they are splitting water up into hyrdogen and oxygen, a process known as electrolysis, you might be familiar with it from school lessons. Then they are burning the hydrogen, and thats it. No magic involved. Just good marketing.

Why the hell are they calling it HHO?
Why the hell are they calling it HHO?
This is the scam part. Simply claiming you have a decide that creates a flame from electricity via electrolysis is not a scam. But claiming that they create some new form of water and get energy for free -- SCAM.

So it's all garbo?
Very much so. I'm sorry to tell you but there has NEVER been anything anywhere in the universe that has hinted at the existance of "free" energy. What I mean by this is that in ALL our observations of the universe and all experimentation we have NEVER seen a violation of the laws of thermodynamics. There is plenty of energy out there to harvest, but you will never get free energy.

Why the hell are they calling it HHO?I don't understand the problem here. HHO = H2O. But actually, in a natural state, water always undergoes a chemical reaction itself so there are always a small percentage of hydrogen ions present: H2O = H+ + OH-

This is not what they are claiming. They are claiming that HHO is chemically different from H20. H20 is non reactive. It will not burn. They are claiming that HHO is able to burn. In fact all they are doing is using electricity to extract hydrogen and then burning it.
