The ball he threw into the crowd narrowly missed a young girl, he was about to launch a boundary marker into the crowd as well, fortunately his best friend was able to trip him up and punch him in the head twice. Hahaha
That's assault and he could have been charged as assault with a deadly weapon. I'm sure he's got a fast pitching arm too that could've easily killed someone if struck on the forehead. Then that would've been 1st or 2nd degree murder. This guy got off scot-free compared to the highly-possible adverse consequences of his negligent actions.
