I've fallen in love with mashups. If you're uninitiated, imagine 2 (or more) songs spliced together to make a new and interesting song.

    mashuptown and
dunproofin.co.uk are good places to get started.

The Other Night Mix by Sam Flanagan is a cracker and a good intro to what it's all about. You should find it on mashuptown.

Currently my fav is Kinkypark by c.h.a.o.s. productions. Also on mashup.

Dunproofin is pretty well known, especially for the prodigy - speedway remix he did, but he's got lots of stuff to dl - look for "right clickers" on the right hand side of his site.

Another thing that I love about mashups is the names people come up from the names of songs in their mix. e.g. Muse's "Supermassive Black Hole" and Britney's "Do Somethin" = "Britney's Black Hole"

Have you got any good links, favourites, made any yourself?

I haven't heard any real mashups other than the CD with Jay-Z and Linkin Park. I thought that was pretty well done. Fun concert too.

Seen. Phil Collins and Andy C, that must be either really shit or really good.
