I think it can improve pretty much anything, but it depends on where you direct the sexual energy (life-force). That's why holy people often remain celibate and stuff... not something i recommend though. By concentrating on some mental stuff you transform the sexual energy to mental energy. Something like that. But... i see no point doing that really.... .... only if you're not interrested in sexual stuff anymore and want something 'more'.

Sexual abstinence can also be bad. It depends on how it is done. I bet it could even make you more stupid..

this is theoretical, and has no bearing on my actual life.

just something that i thought would be interesting to discuss, as sex is rarely explored on this forum, without some clown turning it into a "muslim wants to get laid" thread.

The more sex you have the more sex you want. Longterm abstinence will in general help you to focus on a 'job'. If you have a lot of sex you only think about sex. But this in itself is also a sign of mental performance. The brain is in high gear thinking about sex.

But I assume you mean mental performance in other fields as the area of sex. Abstinence will help you focus, but I do not know if it will increase 'peak' performance.
