so finally its official, michael schumacher has announced his retirement from formula one. after an illustrious career he has decided to quit at the end of the year ending perhaps the finest driving career of all time. however it has been a career filled with controvesy, the battles with damon hill, trying to take out jaques villeneuve in 1997 and the incident this year in monaco with fernando alonso any thoughts?
Racing is for homos. The only reason I know who Shumacher is is because of a demo I got with my playstation long ago. "It's SCHUMACHER!!!!!!" Funny little british guy's voice. "There's definitely contact between the two cars!!!" Anyway. You've got the wrong forum to be posting this stuff in. Try the redneck forum down the hall. Watch out for the spittoon on the floor. Oh. Wait, that is the floor...
All the rednecks I know like it all if it has something to do with cars going fast. Although. Perhaps I don't know the difference betwee f1 and indy.
F1 is mostly with European based teams and is geared around high tech. It's extremely popular in the entire world, except the USA. There have been some American drivers in the F1 in order to try to lure the American people to watch it more, but nothing much happened. Indy cars are bigger and have bigger engines and run on ethanol (well, in the old days. I am not so up to date). half the tracks they drive on are the typical american ovals. F1 doesn't do that. People in Europe don't really watch Indy, except if they are sports fanatics. A cute fact for leopold: The Dutchman Arie Luyendijk won the Indy500 twice! http://www.arieluyendyk.com/
