It's bullshit. For one: you cannot see muscles gains until AT LEAST 1 month to 3 months. Two: There is barely any muscle there. Three: There is a low percentage of bodyfat. With low BF %, you can see definition in the muscles. I am fairly weak, but I have more muscle than he does. Plus I have a bit more fat than he does, so actually I would look much bigger. There is nothing to show off on that video other than "hey, I am not a lard ass."
