    All right, now that you've got us interested... How about a website where we can hear a sample or two of jungle music? As someone once said, talking about music is as informative as dancing about botany. I still have almost no idea what it's like.

    I couldn't get iTunes to play the sample from Wiki. But I played one track each from DJ Fearless and Shaba D.'s websites. I expected to hear some hot virtuoso bass playing but it didn't seem like there was a bassist at all on either one. Fearless kept talking about "jungle" so I assumed this should have been a representative example of the genre. It didn't sound much different from the other rap produced outside the US, meaning that it had an interesting beat, there was some actual cadence in the rapping, and I didn't hear the N word once.
