damnit, i posted this without looking at the band website. didn't mean to rake anyone over the coals. they're coming back to north america in july, but i'd still like to hear what they're offering up on this tour.

apologies to the mother land for any harsh words...

I saw them in Manchester last weekend... they ROCKED!!!

They were supported by The Strokes who were also really good.

You can't beat standing a huge field in the pissing rain for eight hours!

at first when I saw this thread I thought you were refering to what the bomber pilots and gunners of WWII claimed they saw in the skies... anyway, carry on

    it's a long story.
jay told a joke on tv about the foofighters being in court.
    the judge was lenient.
when asked why the judge replied "i pity the foo"

but you are correct, kevin remarked that jay had to go all the way back to mr. T for that one.

i really want to see them now that they are back in the states, but the closest date is Philly right now, and that is sold out. atlantic city still has seats, but that is a bit of a hike, and tix are $75 a pop.

here's to hoping they add a lot of tour dates..
