I am writing a memo to my "world-class" company mgt. today. Here it is: When you teach a dog a new trick, how many times will he do it without giving him a biscuit? NONE. The average person will do new tricks up to his breaking point, without a biscuit. The intelligent person will do new tricks up to a pre-selected limit, without a biscuit. Jesus did new tricks without a biscuit even to the point of being nailed to the cross without a biscuit. This is how you can evaluate the type of employee you have working for you and you can determine length of service with new training without rewards.
