Uh, Clinton is hardly a saint. Why's democrats always gonna bring up Clinton and republicans Reagan as if they're some clearn gods. IMO, required reading for George W. should be Machiavelli's book 'The Prince', particularly where Machi talks about how easy it is to take over a country which is completely fractured internally--and how damn difficult it is to hold it once you have taken it.

Are you referring to the Spanish-American War which led to Cuban independence? Becuase, the Spanish were putting Cuban rebels into concentration camps at the time, and over 200,000 died.
