With the olympics begining this seems an appropriate topic. Though I love Hockey my favorite event is the bobsleds.
of course figure skating. I love the figure skating, especially backwards high speed turning, feels like I am both dancing and doing an actual sport, and with the nice music....it's a magical moment indeed.
Luge. I think it's the most absolutely insane thing that goes on there. I can't believe people actually do that. But I probably enjoy watching the opening and closing ceremonies as much as anything. Especially this year, since the NBC announcers are civilized enough to not chatter during the music. Hey, it just dawned on after all these years that SciForums doesn't have a "Sports" Forum. I love you people.
