This doesn't neccesarily prove it as it is hard to say if this general is telling the truth or not. It is sort of odd that he comes out now and says it. What are his motives if he has any? I heard it on the radio on the way to work and looked it up. I'm sure there are better articles out there than the ones I linked, but basically the radio was saying that he came out and said it and now people are trying to figure out if he is telling the truth or not.
