DOESNT that depend on who you help catch?
and what they offer before hand?

You'd probably have to contact them directly after you've captured the fugitive(s). Just in case, tell them that you haven't captured him yet. Find out how much they offer. Call back a few hours later and tell them you have him, you want double however much they offered (unless they offered a reasonable price). Negotiate until you settle on something agreeable.

I want half of what you get for the idea

Catch one, cut his arms an legs off, and send pictire to FBI, DEMAND
$100,000,000,000,000 paid into a Swiss bank account, a helicopter and a monkey.

Who cares what you do with him?
You'll have $$$ and a new monkey to spank!

  8. Sounds like you want to become a Bounty Hunter.

and you may not want to capture the guy yourself. You are not legally allowed to detain a person unless you have personally witnessed them commiting a crime, and the laws surrounding a citizen's arrest are also uncertain.

Most of those rewards are for Information leading to the capture and arrest - unless you are trained and licensed as a bounty hunter, don't try it.

Do you have someone specific in mind?
Is your next door neighbor shady?

And most bounty hunters are for bail runners (those that get out on bail and then hide from the law).

Saint, they give you a number and then all contacts reference that number, you don't have to give your name unless you want to. If the reward is paid I believe it is put into a account that can be accessed by the I.D. number.
