I was on itunes a few days ago, and i was downloading some A perfect circle. I clicked on the Imagine cover and i saw a review that said this song supports communism. It pissed me off to hear someone rag on such a classic song and musician such as John Lennon. If the idea of a perfect society is communism, or considered a bad thing, then what is a good thing? Being a slave to money and Religion and violence? what the hell is wrong with a utopia? grrrr.
I LIKE THE SONG... but i dont agree with it... john.. was clearly influenced by secular leftist atheists... the song proves as much. and as such.. he used his position and talent to write and sing an atheist song. and song which has influenced many.. such as you. -MT UTOPIA... IS NOT COMMUNISM. and it is not CAPATILISM... AND IT IS NOT SOCIALISM.
a perfect utopia is when the world is at peace iwth each otehr, which i guess means we all ahve to eather be under one religon, or learn to deal with each other and our differnt opinons. i dotn see eather happning anytime soon
