bcurry1027 the goverment is not jsut tapping into anyones cellphones, there doing it to a certian few ( i bleive it is people they think are terorist group member or activists, and people who are suspicios who have jsut beocme citizins) but they are not tapping into any ones cell phones, you shouldnt worry anyway, or do you have osmething to hide?

looks like a TV antenna to me, it common practice out here for people to put their antennae on power poles/street lights so that the power lines boost signal supposedly. i would have thought it actually reduced the signal... meh
