This administration, aside from being a joke, seems proud to LIE at every possible opportunity. One day after the Dow tanks over TWO HUNDRED POINTS, our illustrious president is telling us how wonderful and thankful we should be to him for our robust economy.
Most experts would agree that one day's sharp decline in the stock market is not a signal to run for the hills. We've had numerous such declines and we've survived them quite well ...easily in fact. The economy of a nation is NOT measured by the stock markets alone. Perhaps you should study economics a bit more before you run off to hills shouting, "The sky is falling! The sky is falling!" you have to remember..... the dow.. or any market... falls.. when the people holding stocks... seeing what they think is a maximum in value... sells.. and takes that profit. for each man who takes his profit now... the market falls. for each man to sell.. some moron must buy at the same time. so.. the fact that the market fell means alot of big players took their profit... and its all the suckers who were buying that day that lost big money.... other than that... its all hypothetical lies... the market goes down hard.... bamm... monday morning... at the starting bell. all the big players have bought all the good low priced stuff... and 2 seconds after the bell.. the rest of the market plays in and trys to buy low... sending the market up... its a bad game.... and i would never play... its rigged. -MT
I made lots of money in the stock market. But ye're right ...it's nothing more than gambling. However, if one understands the basics of the market mentality, he can often outwit the game. Rigged? No, I don't think anything that far-reaching could possibly be "rigged" in the sense that you mean. Ain't no one or no group in the world that powerful or all-seeing to make it happen. Baron Max
THERE IS ONE GROUP... they ususally own 51% of it anyway... the rest... they just play with... and make money off the system... without ever actually making anything. -MT
The market will go back up. Unless there is some natural disaster, a devastating terrorist attack or a decleration of war, the stock market usually rebounds huge after days like that.
yes.. it will.. thats how the game works.. and if it doesnt.. the big players just edge it up alittle bit to spark motivation... and get the buying started... and they deside when to sell big.. and profit... -MT
