Well, I didn't vote, but .....you can put on enough clothes to stay warm, but can you take off enough clothes to feel cool? I don't think so. But remember, this is "excessive" temperatures, not good ol' normal temperatures. Baron Max
It probably depends on what you're used to. People Do live in places with extreme weather and seem to cope well enough, but if you took an Eskimo to the desert and a Kalahari Bushman to the Arctic, they would both have a very hard time indeed.
Growing up in a colder country means that I am quite vulnerable to the heat but it doesn't slow me down that much. People in general seem to prefer being too cold than too hot as it is easier to warm up than it is to cool down.
Heat is worse. example: we remove heat (freeze) to preserve food while heat only destroys it. (would you like to be a frozen or barbecued steak?)
still, you can bundle up if its cold, its not that hard. but if its warm, its not too easy to cool down. and its easy to get to sleep when its cold. :m:
excessive heat you can always put more clothes on than you can take off when it gets too hot i sit around in my underwear.
