Does anybody know the major differences between computer science and computer engineering? I was told that computer science is the manipulation of computers and engineering is the building of computers. So what are the differences exactly?

Comp sci has more to do with the algorithmic approches to build better computers and softwares for it.

    engineering is its implementation...
