The act of putting your thumbs to the side of your head while rotating your hands back and forth, while also sticking your toungue out? I really don't have any idea what this is called, so I called it Nicnacing after my girlfriend. I also attempted to have it added to the next addition of the Oxford Dictionary, but they never replyed. Any ideas what the correct name is? Or does it not have a name? Or if it has no name, what should it be called?
