the ''active'' users control the ''random'', ''free'' thoughts. maybe it's a good idea to make a 3d-model of the tree made by the ''active'' users and make it rotating at the speed the earth does. it is important to keep the forums ''active'' and ''non-active'' separated from each other, maybe 2 different sites? any old posts of ''non-active'' users and especially debates will be ''purged'' away when one of the persons haven't been online for a ''while'', soo there will be only random free thoughts left and endless questions. active users are : kingdoms, presidents, multinationals, etc. non-active users are : the less powerfull people. forums based politics architecture meant as a ''sub-system'' for healthier politics.
