The Gesture Nebula?

    If the Horsehead Nebula is named because it kinda looks like a horses head, this as yet un-named cloud could be... the gesture nebula? It's actually part of the Keyhole Nebula in Carina, which is part of a massive nebula associated with Eta Carinae.

    I wonder if someone is trying to tell us something?
