Is it toxic? Is it the lack of Magnetic field?People have some latent viruses that get help from the sun.Because of the lack of magnetic field on Mars the radiation from the Sun's eruptions takes place more easily...

Any exploration is dangerous. It is the unknown adn as such there are always dangers. Where do you think the survival factor of fear of the unknown comes from?

Yes, dangerous in view of the fact thar we are simply not designed to be there. That's not saying we shouldn't go, I mean, we have been to the depths of the sea and to the moon and we're not designed for those environments either. We will adapt, create artificial environments to support us and take them on the journey, as we have in the past. One of the problems with Mars is the necessity to stay there for months at a time, until planetary positions are favourable for a return. A medical emergency or similar would need to be dealt with there, and an Apollo 13 scenario would mean certain death.
